About Us

Suzanne had been with her company a long time when she had been assigned the duty of creating training manuals for every position in the 50-person company where she works. Unfamiliarity gave way to fear. Frustration gnawed at her from the inside. She felt herself being swallowed up with nowhere to turn.

The Focus

You may wonder what a story about one of our clients is doing on the “about us” page. The answer is simple: Our clients’ success stories are what we’re all about.

The Idea

After 25 years of training and 19 years of running his own training and consulting business, Dan Bobinski of the Center for Workplace Excellence recognized a need: People who were responsible for training often had little or no training in how to do it.

He contacted Robert Croker, Chair of the Department of Human Resource Training and Development at Idaho State University.

He contacted James Medina, a Training Coordinator for Agrium.

He contacted Marty Yopp from the Department of Professional Technical/Technology Education at the University of Idaho.

They all agreed. The technology was available. The need was there. The time had come for an Online Train the Trainer program.

The Creation

Outlines were drafted, evaluated, and debated. Through phone conferences and traveling from one side of the state to the other, a finalized “syllabus” was established. Careful attention was given to ensure this program was comprehensive enough to stand up next to any other program out there.

When it came time for production, storyboards were created. Quality visuals were demanded and interactivity was a must. Lessons were produced, beta tested, and fine tuned.

The result is a top-quality, 100% Online Train the Trainer program that engages people. We believe this program doesn’t just stand up next to others out there, we believe it stands above them.

The Mission
